I painted this rainy day scene of the Paris Metro after visiting the city in January 2019. It was my first and only trip to Pairs on a 4 day whirlwind of sightseeing and adventure. This was our first stop in Paris at a little pizzeria place near the Metro. It took us a while to figure out how to ride the metro but it was fantastic. The food was wonderful, the people were so nice and helpful and the arts blew my mind. Once I returned home, I painted many watercolors of the places and people I saw and met. All paintings will be shipped unframed in a shipping tube.
